We want you and your animals to be happy with every Therioderm product. If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, we’ll sort it out.
What we accept
- Returns are accepted for defective or damaged products only.
- Exchanges are accepted.
- We’ll replace or refund defective items.
How to request a return or exchange
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, by WhatsApp on 079 038 8718 or by email at sales@therioderm.co.za, and include:
- your order number
- a photo of the product
We’ll confirm the next steps with you.
Delivery
We deliver with The Courier Guy. Shipping is a flat R98, and free on orders of R999 and up. Delivery usually takes 3–4 working days.
